Moore Brothers Quality Assurance is held up by three pillars: Accountability, Documentation and Transparency, with all effort and communication toward achieving the right result.

Starting with communication, every person at Moore Brothers has a voice and is encouraged to use it. Asking questions is part of checking ourselves and holding each other accountable. We see documentation as a formal extension of our internal comms, and an important tool for everyone to be in the know. Maintaining transparency is about trust, both among our team and between the company and our clients. Approaching every step of the job with diligence and care will produce results we can hang our hat on.

Our internal systems are supported by tools that provide objective checks, some of which are outsourced to 3rd parties. These include a Faro to check tolerances and ensure precise placement of components, ultrasound by Wadson & Associates checks for compaction/porosity before and after assembly, and a profilometer to measure mold surface roughness.
